Cody Ziemer vs. Dustin Collins
Round 1
The first part of the round is spent with both fighters trading on their feet, strikes landing back and forth.  The second half was much different. Collins starts chasing and gets the first take-down of the fight.  Both guys stay active and counter each others attempts until Ziemer gets to his feet momentarily. Collins gets a huge slam and ends the round on top bleeding.
Round 2
Again the fighters start trading back and forth, Collins blocks one of Zeimer's trademark head-kicks.  Zeimer lands several punches that has Collins rocked and bleeding. He staggers then shakes his head to clear the cobwebs, seems to work and he starts pushing forward.  Collins' corner,Jeremy Horn, yells for him to stop brawling and take him down. He does and continues to bleed all over Ziemer.  Horn shouts step by step instructions and Collins executes. Zeimer holds him off for a while until Collins gets an anaconda choke with plenty of time in the round.  Ziemer hold off the initial choke, and again, when Collins readjusts and get it for a second time, after holding the position for a while Collins jumps to mount while keeping the choke loosely.  Horn yells for him to stay in mount and try the choke again. He does and from where I am, it looks like Zeimers is in trouble. It looks as though his arm is going limp. Just as Big John McCarthy steps in to get a closer look, Ziemer gives him a thumbs up letting him know he's still awake.  Round ends with Collins holding mount.
Round 3
Between rounds Horn yells "do you want this?" Collins replies with an energenic yell of "Hell Yeah" that sprays blood to us at cage side. The round starts and Ziemer looks to be the fresher fighter, and less damaged, he keeps his distance and Collins attempts a take-down but doesn't have the same explosion he did the the first two rounds.  They trade with Ziemer landing almost every punch he throws, Collins again looks rocked and continues to bleed heavily.  From his corner Horn yells for Ziemer to "Quit F'n Swinging" Just then Cody lands a grazing head kick that opens up the cut on Collins' face and the blood pours heavier. Big John steps in and calls for the Doc.  It looks like they're going to stop it but Collins pleads his case and they allow the fight to continue. Ziemer takes the center and they go at it again. Both guys throwing but Ziemer lands more, Collins shoots in but is unable get a hold him, as the blood continues to flow. Big John steps in and calls it.  When Collins realizes what just happened he gets upset and again pleads his case, but this time Big John continues to wave it off.  The crowd is on their feet cheering! The hometown boy and the cheers continue for Collins as he earned the respect of everyone in attendance for the heart he showed in this war..
Winner Cody Zeimer via TKO in the 3rd.

Jesse Brock vs. Justin Robbins
Round 1
The round starts with a feeling out period, Brock who is a self proclaimed slow starter starts to push the action, he shoots in and gets the take-down.  The rest of the round is very technical with Brock on top, they both stay active and counter each other. The round ends with Brock having maintained control almost the entire round.
Round 2
The round has a completely different feel as they both seem to be more explosive, Brock charges Robbins into the cage. After a brief exchange, still against the cage, Robbins makes one small mistake while separating. That's all it took as Brock sinks in a guillotine that most fighters take to the ground, not this time, instead Brock muscles Robbins against the cage and cranks it. Robbins is lifted off his feet and starts tapping almost immediately.  The nasty guillotine is a mirror image of the choke his teammate Scott Jorgensen used to take out Chad George back in March.  Although Jorgensen won a fight with it first, it turns out it was Brock that taught it to him, and I guess that the credit for both is tied to Urijah Faber who taught it to Brock at a seminar hosted at Combat Fitness while he was in town last year.
Winner Brock via tap due to guillotine in the 2nd
